This option lists everyone all together and allows people to filter by category or search by name (we can also manually separate them like the other two options, but the other two options do not allow the filter and search features- not sure they are necessary though). Clicking on the name reveals the email address and clicking on the profile link would lead to more stuff if we want. (I would probably remove that because getting pictures is hard enough - let alone bio's for everyone. However, if they have a website link or something like that we could add that there.) I was hoping to love this template and talked Chad into adding it for me, but I thought I would be able to customize it more and in the end, I don't love it as much as I thought I would.
